摘要
针对城市中的污水污泥污染、垃圾污染和空气污染等问题,介绍了维也纳在城市环境治理中运用的污泥干化热能处理技术、废气净化技术和被动式供能房屋技术等低碳环保技术,分析了这些技术在上述问题治理中的作用和效果,并结合我国城市环境治理中相关行业的现状和问题,提出了可以借鉴的经验和对策。
The article mainly discusses the problems of urban sewage and sludge pollution, garbage pollution and air pollution. It studies the low carbon environmental protection technologies in Vienna. These technologies include burning the sludge, using the heating, purifying the exhaust gas and provi- ding energy to the existing housing. The article analyses the function and effectiveness of these techniques used in the urban environmental control. Finally, this article proposes some suggestions and countermeasures for the management of urban envi- ronment in China.
