摘要
目的探讨环境香烟烟雾对兔眼角膜生物力学性能的影响。方法健康日本大耳白雄兔15只随机分为实验组、正常组、对照组。实验组、对照组的兔子予被动吸烟30 d,正常组不做处理。30 d后应用膨胀试验法测量实验组、正常组兔眼角膜的弹性模量值。对照组被动吸烟30 d后,继续正常饲养2周后再测量兔眼角膜的弹性模量值。结果 3组25 mmHg的正切弹性模量值分别为:正常组=1.089 4 MPa,对照组=1.218 1 MPa,实验组=1.309 7 MPa。结论环境香烟烟雾能改变兔眼角膜的生物力学性能,增加兔眼角膜弹性模量值,使角膜变硬。短期脱离烟雾环境后,这种改变会减弱。
Objective To investigate the effects of environmental tobacco smoke(ETS) on corneal biomechanics in rabbits.Methods Fifteen healthy purebred Japanese white rabbits(4-6 months,male) were randomly divided into normal group,control group and experimental group.Rabbits in experimental group and control group were exposed to ETS for 30 consecutive days.After one month,the corneal specimens of normal and experimental groups were tested under inflation conditions.The rabbits of control group were fed normally for two more weeks,and then underwent the same test.Results The tangent elastic moduli of the cornea at the 25 mmHg in normal,control and smoking groups were 1.089 4,1.218 1,1.309 7,respectively.Conclusion It was found that ETS could change corneal biomechanics in rabbits,and increase the elastic modulus and stiffness of the cornea.The effect would decrease slightly after leaving smoking environment for a short time.
