摘要 目的 研究星形细胞瘤中Fas抗原的表达与肿瘤分化的关系。方法 用Fas单克隆抗体以ABC免疫组织化学染色法检测 5例正常脑组织及 6 0例不同恶性程度的星形细胞瘤的每mm2 平均光密度值和Fas阳性细胞数 ,并用LeicaQIW 5 0 0计算机图像分析系统进行半定量分析。结果 在正常脑组织中未见Fas阳性表达。在星形细胞瘤中Fas阳性表达可见于肿瘤细胞、血管内皮细胞及增生的星形细胞。不同级别间的星形细胞瘤的Fas抗原表达的两个指标均有显著性差异 ,呈随级别增高而增加的趋势。结论 在原发性星形细胞瘤中 。 Objective To study the relationship between Fas expression and the differentiation of astrocytoma. Methods Using Fas monoclonal antibody and ABC immunohistochemical technique, Fas expression was determined in 5 normal human brain tissues and 60 astrocytoma specimens of different grades. The immunal staining results were densitometrically semiquantified for average optical density (OD) and Fas possitive cells per square millimeter by Leica QIW 500 computer image analyzing system. Results Fas immunoreactivity was not found in normal brain tissue. Positive Fas expression was found in astrocytic tumor cells, endothelial cells and gliosis cells. The expression intensity of Fas varied with the WHO grades, and the differences between the two indexes were statistical significant. Higher pathological grade tended to associate with increased Fas antigen expression in the tumor. Conclusions In primary astrocytoma, Fas expression is directly related to the grading of malignancy.
