正交试验优化云南松松针中莽草酸的提取工艺 被引量:3

Optimization of extraction process for shikimic acid from the pine needle of Pinus yunnanensis Franch by orthogonal design

摘要 目的:优化云南松松针中莽草酸提取的最佳工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以提取溶剂的浓度、溶媒用量、提取时间、提取次数为因素,HPLC法测定莽草酸含量并作为考察指标。结果:最佳提取工艺为80%乙醇为溶媒,12倍量的溶媒,回流2次,每次1.5 h。结论:优化后的提取工艺简单、稳定、提取率高。 OBJECTIVE To select the optimal extraction procedure for shikimic acid from the Pine needle of Pinus yunnanensis Franch. METHODS Taking shikimic acid content as the index, L9 (3^4 )orhogonal design method was used for optimization and HPLC for determination. The influential factors such as concentration and volume of ethanol, time of extraction and frequency of extraction. RESULTS The toptimum extraction process was as follows, 12 times of 80%alcohol, refluxing and extracting for 2 times, each time for 1.5 h. CONCLUSION This optimized process is simple, stable and efficient.
