新一代冠状动脉支架的研发方向——“内皮友好型”药物支架 被引量:2

摘要 药物洗脱支架(DES)是经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中的里程碑,可减少支架内再狭窄的发生,降低再次血运重建率。然而,DES的这种作用却是一把双刃剑。支架本身及其表面的涂层相对人体来说是一种异物,可引起植入部位的炎性反应和超敏反应。
