银川市城镇居民医疗保险参保现状与影响因素分析

Analysis on Medical Insurance Status and Influential Factors in Urban Residents of Yinchuan

目的了解银川市城镇居民医疗保险的参保情况,探讨其可能的影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法对银川市辖区符合城镇居民医疗保险的居民进行问卷调查,通过logistic回归筛选参保情况的影响因素。结果调查人群参保率为85.6%,单因素χ2检验显示不同年龄、文化程度、民族、从业状态、自评健康状况间参保率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素分析结果显示:不同年龄、民族、自评健康状况对参保率有影响,年龄18～45岁组人群的参保率低于年龄60岁以上人群;少数民族人群参保率高于汉族人群;健康状况差的人群高于健康状况好的人群。结论应加强宣传力度,适时调整医保筹资水平,采取自愿与强制参与相结合或以家庭为参保单元的参保方式,以提高参保率,保证城镇居民基本医疗保险的可持续发展。

Objective To master the situation of medical in- surance insured of urban residents in Yinchuan,and to explore the possible Influential factors. Methods By stratified random sampling,the urban residents consistent with health insurance in Yinchuan interviewed by using questionnaire,logistic regression model was applied to identifythe influencing factors. Results The insured rate was 85. 6% ,single factor test showed that age,educational level,nationality,employed status,self-rated health status were statistically significant（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ,multivariate analysis showed that： different ethnic groups,age,self-assessment impact on the rate of health insurance,minority higher than the Han nationality,the Insurance rates of aged 18 ～ 45 groups lower than aged over 60 groups,the crowd of people in poor health higher than those people with good health. Conclusion We should step up publicity efforts,adjust the level of Medicare funding,taking the combination of voluntary and mandatory participation or family insurance unit for the insured ways to increase enrollment rates,basic medical insurance for urban residents to ensure the sustainable development.
