摘要
文中建立了用于旋风除尘器模拟的计算模型,并数值模拟了旋风除尘器内部的流场运动情况,预测了复杂流场中影响颗粒分离效率的因素,为旋风除尘器流动机制的研究和进一步结构优化设计提供了参考依据。
This article set up a calculation model for cyclone simulation and numerical simulation of the flow field in a cyclone. The numerical results predicted the factors which affected the efficiency of particle separation in the complex flow field, and the study is helpful both for understanding the flow mechanism in the cyclone separator and for its further improvement.
