摘要
随着信息资源开发技术与服务的不断融合,大量的信息服务产品不断产生与应用,为信息服务机构带来服务模式的变革.然而开发出的信息服务产品得到用户采纳的程度如何,受到哪些因素的影响,是值得深入研究的.本文以专利分析软件为例,借助于创新扩散和消费者行为理论,分析了用户购买采纳的过程,构建了软件采纳行为模型.并应用实践调查法和数量统计方法,从专利软件自身因素、组织因素、环境因素这三方面研究影响组织采纳专利分析软件的因素,具体探讨了专利分析软件的相对优越性、兼容性、复杂性、可试用性、可观察性、价格合理,组织的内部需求、高层支持、组织创新性,以及政府鼓励与竞争压力对专利分析软件采纳意愿的影响.最后,修正了软件采纳模型和提出对策建议.
With continued integration of technology and services of information resources development, a large number of information services products to be produced and applied, It brought about changes in service mode for the information services institution. However, it should be studied about that how user adoption and what influences factor of information services products. In this paper, patent analysis software as an example, the paper combined "diffusion of innovation" and "consumer behavior theory", analyzed of user adoption process and constructed a model for adoption behavior, then used survey method and statistical methods, proposed a model for patent analysis software adoption from three aspects : serf-factors, organizational factors, environmental factors. And discussed the effect of relative advantage, compatibility, complexity, triability, observability, price, internal demand, top manage support, organizational creativity, government encouragement and competitive pressure to the adoption. Final, the paper corrected software adoption model and proposed the suggestions .
