摘要
为了满足钢轨打磨车的恒力打磨,提出3种恒力打磨方案并对其进行比较,得出三通比例减压阀良好的动态特性和最小稳定流量更适合于钢轨的恒力打磨。通过AMEsim仿真平台对三通比例减压阀加载系统进行建模和仿真,仿真结果表明:三通比例加压阀加载系统有着较高的加载精度和良好的跟随性而更适合于打磨车的恒力加载系统,对今后工程实际应用有一定的参考价值。
To realize the constant force grinding of rail grinding vehicle,three kinds of constant force grinding scheme were put forward.By comparing these schemes,it shows that three-way proportional pressure has better dynamic characteristics and minimum stable flow,which is more suitable for constant grinding of the rail.System schematic is developed,and the simulation analysis of the system was made through the AMEsim simulation platform.Loading system by using the three-way proportional pressure reducing valve has higher accuracy and better following,so it is more suitable for constant load of rail grinding train,and has a certain reference value for practical applications in the future projects.
