前列清抑菌、抗炎和改善微循环作用的实验研究 被引量:19

摘要 为探讨前列清合剂 (黄柏、滑石、王不留行等组成 )治疗慢性前列腺炎的药理作用机制 ,以致炎动物兔等为动物模型观察前列清合剂的抑菌、抗炎和改善微循环的作用。结果 :前列清合剂对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、丙型链球菌、卡他球菌和大肠杆菌均有抑菌作用 ;对乙型溶血性链球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)为 0 .10kg/L ,对其他 4个菌种的MIC均为 0 .2 0kg/L。前列清合剂大、中剂量对醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高、大鼠蛋清性足肿胀、大鼠甲醛性足肿胀以及大鼠棉球性肉芽肿均有明显的抑制作用。表明前列清合剂可降低毛细血管通透性 ,减少渗出 ,抑制纤维组织的增生而具有抗炎作用。前列清合剂大、小两个剂量对兔微循环的血管管径、管径截面积、平均血流速率、平均血流量等均具有不同程度的增加和改善作用 ,其中大剂量前列清合剂对血瘀模型兔耳廓微循环的改善作用更为显著 ,表明前列清合剂具有改善微循环的作用。前列清与对照组前列康相同剂量比较 ,前列清的改善作用明显于前列康 ,表明以清热养阴、祛瘀化湿为组方原则的前列清合剂具有抑菌、抗炎、改善微循环的作用 。 The bacteriostatic, antiphlogistic and microcirculation-improving actions of Qianlieqing were studied in animal models. It was shown that Qianlieqing exerted bacteriostatic action on staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus B, streptococcus C, Neisseria catarrhalis and Bacillus coli. The minimal inhibitory concentration for hemolytic streptococcus B is 0.1 g/mL and that for the others 0.2 ?g/mL. Both large and moderate dose of the drug can significantly inhibit the acetic acid-induced celiac capillary hyperpermeability in mice, the albumen-and formaldehyde-induced cryptopodia and cotton-induced granuloma in rats. It is suggested that Qianlieqing can reduce capillary permeability, decrease exudation and inhibit the proliferation of fibrous tissue. Its antiphlogistic effect is much better than that of the control group. Both large and small dose of the drug can increase the caliber and transverse area of vessels, blood velocity and blood volume in rabbits. However, large dose exerts more prominent effect. Compared with Qianliekang, Qianlieqing is more effetive in improving microcirculation.The above data provides a pharmacologic evidence for the clinical use in chronic prostatitis.
