碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与纤维蛋白黏合剂对半月板无血运区损伤的修复作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (bFGF)与纤维蛋白黏合剂 (FTA)对半月板无血运区损伤的修复作用。 方法 选用健康成年青紫兰兔 36只 ,在兔半月板上造成统一的无血运区损伤。随机将兔分成 3组 ,分别为空白对照组、FTA治疗组和FGF FTA治疗组。术后 2 ,6 ,12周分批处死动物 ,进行大体形态观察和组织学检查。 结果 FTA治疗组能形成瘢痕组织愈合 ;FGF FTA治疗组为纤维软骨样组织愈合 ,但其愈合组织与正常半月板组织仍有差异。 结论FTA是一种理想的生物性载体 ,与FGF有较好的相容性 ;应用FGF与FTA复合物治疗半月板无血运区损伤是一条有效的治疗途径。 Objective To study the curative effect of fibroblast growth factor(FGF) and fibrin tissue adhesives(FTA)on meniscus injury. Methods A total of 36 healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: the control group, FTA filled group and FGF/FTA filled group. The models of meniscus injury in avascular area were established. The animals were killed at 2, 6 and 12 weeks postoperatively, and the menisci were taken and observed both grossly and microscopically. Results FTA placed in the avascular portion of the menisci could result in scar like tissues' healing. The lesion in the avascular area of the meniscus could heal with FGF/FTA, but the reparative tissues were fibrocartilagious ones, which were different from the normal tissues. Conclusions FTA is a good biodegradable carrier for FGF. It may represent a potential method for the avascular meniscus injury by placing the composite of FGF and FTA.
