Ministry of Health and Ministry of Public Security rolled out a joint announcement to enhance the security in healthcare facilities on April 30th,2012.Four days later,Ministry of Health issued an urgent notice to require health bureaus and department to cooperate with public security departments and set up police o ce in important healthcare facilities.Considering the tragedies happened in hospitals in Harbin and Beijing with doctors killed and harmed,this action could be regarded as a reasonable make-up.
