摘要 Mx(myxovirus resistance)蛋白是由干扰素诱导产生的具有GTP酶活性的肌动蛋白,具有广谱的抗病毒功能,可抑制RNA病毒及DNA病毒的复制。作者综述了Mx基因及其编码蛋白的结构和功能,阐述了其抗病毒的作用机制,并展望了Mx基因在抗病毒转基因育种领域的应用前景。 The human myxovirus resistance(Mx) protein is a GTPase and a key mediator of the interferon-induced antiviral response against a wide range of viruses, and can inhibit the replication of a wide range of negative-and positive-strand RNA vi- ruses as well as DNA viruses. Here we briefly review the most salient features of Mix genes and protein in the structure and an- tiviral function, and prospects development of antiviral transgenic animal breeding using this gene.
