饲料中添加复方中药对小鼠血液生理生化指标和免疫器官指数的影响 被引量:16

Effect on Blood Metabolites and Immunologic Organ Index in Response to Chinese Herbal Ultra-fine Powder Treatment of Mouse

摘要 选取120只昆明种小鼠随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ4个组,每组30只(雌雄各半),Ⅰ组为常规饲喂对照组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组饲料中分别添加比例为0.75%、1.00%和1.50%的复方中药进行试验。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验第3周,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组小鼠胸腺指数和脾脏用指数显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);在第1、3周时,Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组血液总蛋白(TP)和白蛋白(ALB)升高,Ⅲ和Ⅳ组胆固醇(CHO)和甘油三酯(TG)均显著或极显著提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);同时,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组小鼠血液中间细胞(MID)和淋巴细胞(LYM)也显著增加(P<0.05)。因此,在饲料中添加复方中药饲喂小鼠能促进免疫器官发育,并在一定程度上提高其机体免疫力。 One hundred and twenty Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups( Ⅰ , Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ) with 30 mice per group(half female and half male). Ⅰ group was conventional feeding as a control group,Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ groups were respectively added to different proportion of compound traditional Chinese medicine in the feed with 0.75%, 1.00% and 1.50% of compound Chinese medicine. Results showed that thymus index and spleen index of mice in Ⅲ, Ⅳ groups were significant increase (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) in the third week, compared to control group. When serum biochemical index of mice was determined in the first and the third week, total protein (TP) and albumin (ALB) in Ⅱ , Ⅲ and Ⅳgroups, cholesterol (CHO) and triglyeeride (TG) in Ⅲ and IV groups, all increased significantly (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01) . Meanwhile, MID and LYM of mice in Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups also increased (P〈0.05). In conclusion, the immune organs development of mice can be promoted which were fed with Chinese herbal medicine superfine powder.
