摘要
阐述大规模海水淡化工程可能引发的环境问题。建议化工园区开发海水淡化项目应采取水、电、热(冷)、盐等联产模式,建立循环经济产业链,通过能源和资源高效利用,实现海水淡化经济效益和环境效益的统一。
To elaborate the potential environmental problems caused by large-scale seawater desalination project in costal chemical industry park. To propose suggestions on seawater desalination project. The project should adopt multi-generation model, e.g. multigenerate water, heat, power, cold and salt etc. in order to establish industrial chain of circular economy and to achieve the unification of project economic and environmental benefits.
