摘要
根据工程设计的实际经验,危险性和可操作性分析滞后带来的一系列工程问题,提出了新建项目危险性和可操作性分析应在初步设计报批前进行的建议。
Based on the real experience in engineering design, to analyze the serious problems caused by delaying HAZOP analysis. Some suggestions are put forward, e.g. the HAZOP analysis for new construction project should be made before official approval on primary design.
