贵州省少数民族未婚男性青少年首次遗精及自慰状况调查

Survey on spermarcheal age and masturbation among minority male adolescent in Guizhou Province

目的:了解少数民族未婚男性青少年首次遗精年龄及性自慰情况,并分析其影响因素。方法:在贵州省镇宁县、三都县、玉屏县和务川县,采用分层整群抽样的方法随机选取苗族、布依族、水族、仡佬族、侗族14～28岁未婚男性青少年各50名,进行问卷调查,运用SPSS11.5统计软件进行分析。结果:首次遗精年龄呈正态分布,P50=15岁,呈年代前移态势,城市年龄小于农村。40.8%男青年表示有自慰,不同民族间发生自慰的比例有统计学差异,民族、户籍和生殖健康知识来源影响自慰后的感受。结论:社会经济、文化传统通过人们的生活方式而影响着性生理和性活动的发生发展。为提高少数民族生殖健康水平,结合各民族民俗文化,开展尊重关心青少年性发育和性权力的生殖健康教育刻不容缓。

Objective： To explore the status and influencing factors of the spermarcheal age and masturbation among minority male adolescent. Methods： A total of 250 Miao, Buyi, Shui, Gelao and Dong unmarried male adolescent at 14-28 years of age in Zhenning, Sandu, Yupan and Wuchuan County of Guizhou Province were recruited by stratified cluster random sampling and interviewed with the questionnaires closed. The data were analyzed by SPSS. Results： The median spermarcheal age of the respondects was 15, which was more than the national average age. A downward secular trend in spermarcheal age was found. And the spermarcheal age of the respondents living in urban areas was less than those living in rural areas. About 40.8% of the respondents reported masturbation. The ratios of masturbation were significantly different among nations. Ethnic, registered permanent residence and awareness of reproductive health could impact the feelings of masturbation. Conclusion： Social economy and ethnic culture are important factors which affect developments of sexual physiology and sexual psychology by deciding life style. In order to improve reproductive health of minority, education on reproductive health with cultural characteristic of different ethnics is necessary.
