大学生一般生存图式与心理弹性的关系

On the Relationship Between College Students' General Survival Schema and Resilience

心理弹性研究领域主要关注"效果性因素",而"方向性因素"也具有无以取代的地位,尤其是主体生存图式的作用应该得到心理弹性研究的重视。为了探索主体的生存图式与心理弹性的关系,本研究编制了"一般生存图式量表",并采用"Connor-Davidson韧性量表"中文版(CD-RISC-C)对大学二年级本科生施测。结果发现,大学生一般生存图式与心理弹性在总体水平以及各个维度上的均值都有着一致的变化趋势,两者存在显著的正相关;其中"生存实质"、"积极进取"和"主导价值"3个因素对心理弹性的回归效应显著。由此推论,通过优化主体的生存图式改善其心理弹性是一条可行的途径。

The study of resilience mainly focuses on ＂efficiency-based factors＂ rather than ＂orientation-based factors,＂ which in fact plays an irreplaceable role.In particular,the study of resilience must attach importance to the role of the survival schema.This study aims to probe into the relationship between an individual＇s survival schema and resilience,by using the General Survival Schema Scale,and the Chinese-language version of the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale（CD-RISC-C） to make a survey of a given number of sophomores.The results show that the average scores of the college students＇ general survival schema and their resilience imply the same trend of changes,as well as a significantly positive correlation between the two;such factors as the essence of survival,positive progress,and the dominant value have a significant regression effect on their resilience.The article concludes that it is a feasible approach to improve an individual＇s resilience by optimizing his or her survival schema.
