摘要
探讨工作满意度在农村中学教师职业角色意识与职业倦怠之间的中介作用。采用教师职业倦怠量表、工作满意度问卷和自编教师职业角色意识问卷对265名中学教师进行调查。结果表明:职业角色意识与职业倦怠呈显著负相关,职业角色意识对职业倦怠有显著负向预测作用;工作满意度在职业角色意识与职业倦怠之间存在显著的部分中介作用。研究表明,职业角色意识、工作满意度是教师职业倦怠的重要预测变量,工作满意度在职业角色意识与职业倦怠之间起部分中介作用。
This study,by using the Scale for Teachers' Job Burnout,the Questionnaire on Teachers' Job Satisfaction,and the Questionnaire on Teachers' Awareness of Professional Roles to test 265 secondary school teachers in rural areas in Sichuan Province,aims to probe into intermediary role that job satisfaction plays between teachers' awareness of professional roles and their job burnout.The results show the following:The teachers' awareness of professional roles has a negative correlation with their job burnout,and can be used to negatively predict their job burnout;their job satisfaction plays a significant intermediary role between their awareness of professional roles and job burnout.The article concludes the following:the teachers' awareness of professional roles and their job satisfaction serv as significant predictive variables;their job satisfaction plays a partially intermediary role between their awareness of professional roles and their job burnout.
