摘要
目的探讨血清Nesfatin-1水平与肥胖和新诊断的T2DM的关系。方法采用ELISA法检测新诊断的T2DM组(58例)和正常对照组(NGT组,30名)的空腹血清Nesfatin-1水平,同时测定其FPG、FIns、HbA1c、血脂谱及T2DM组餐后2h血清Nesfatin-1水平。结果 T2DM组血清Nesfa-tin-1水平与NGT组Nesfatin-1水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);T2DM正常体重组(T2DM-NW组)血清Nesfatin-1水平显著高于T2DM伴肥胖组(T2DM-OB组)(P<0.05)。T2DM组餐后2hNesfatin-1水平较其空腹时水平差异无统计学意义。T2DM-NW组相关分析显示,血清Nesfatin-1水平与BMI呈正相关;T2DM-OB组相关分析显示,血清Nesfatin-1水平仅与TG呈显著负相关;多元逐步回归分析显示TG是血清Nesfatin-1水平的独立影响因素(β=-0.609,P=0.036)。结论 T2DM伴肥胖患者血清Nesfatin-1水平显著降低。Nesfatin-1可能通过影响摄食行为及摄食相关激素参与了肥胖糖尿病患者的病理生理过程。
Objective To investigate the association of serum nesfatin-1 levels with obesity and type 2 diabetes. Methods The serum nesfatin-1 concentrations were measured in 58 type 2 diabetic patients and 30 normal subjects by ELISA. FPG, Fins, HbAlc and lipid profiles were also measured. Results The serum nesfatin-1 concentration was significantly lower in T2DM-OB group than in T2DM-NW group (P~ 0.05). Significant difference of nesfatin-1 level wasn't found between diabetic patients and normal subjects. We also didn't find significant difference between fasting and postprandial nesfatin-1 levels. Correlation analysis showed that nesfatin-1 was negatively correlated with TG. In a multiple stepwise linear regression analysis, TG was an independent determinant for serum nesfatin-1 concentrations. Conclusions The serum nesfatin-1 concentration is decreased in obese type 2 diabetic patients. Nesfatin-1 may partly contribute to the pathogenesis of insulin resistance in obese diabetic patients.
