双重抗返流胆肠Roux-Y吻合术联合中药治疗胆管结石

The application of double anti-reflux Roux-Y choledocho jejunostomy combined with chinese traditional medicine in treatment of hepatobilary calculi

探讨双重抗返流措施胆肠Ｒｏｕｘ－Ｙ吻合术联合中药治疗肝内外胆管结石的效果。方法：对１１３例肝内外胆管结石患者行胆肠Ｒｏｕｘ－Ｙ吻合，桥袢设置双重抗返流措施，同时缩短桥袢长度、做桥袢造瘘，术后结合利胆排石汤治疗。结果：有各类并发症１７例，发生率１５．０％；胆瘘１例，发生率０．９％；无死亡。１０４例无胆道症状复发，治愈率９２．０％。结论：双重抗返流措施胆肠Ｒｏｕｘ－Ｙ吻合术联合中药治疗可提高肝内外胆管结石治愈率。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of double anti-reflux device Roux-Y choledocho jejunostomy combined with chinese traditional medicine to treat hepatobiliary calculi. Methods: 113 cases hepatobiliary calculi cases were done Roux-Y choledocho jejunostomy. Their intestin-loops were set up double anti-reflux device, at the sametime, decreased their lengthes suitably and made fistulization. All cases were treated with decoction for expelling stone after operation. Results: There were 17 cases with complication (15. 0% ), including 1 case with fistula (0. 9% ), and no mortality. Symptoms related to binary tract disappeared in 104 cases (92. 0% )after operation during follow-up. Conclusion: Double anti-reflux device Roux-Y choledocho jejunostomy combined with chinese traditional medicine can raise the cure rate of hepatobiliary calculi.
