摘要
作为具有创新能力的实践主体,在实践教学中幼师生能够通过反思提升自己的理论认识和实践水平。幼师生的教学反思应主要定位在对幼儿发展需要的准确把握上。在此基础上,幼师生通过在实践中的自觉、观察、批判、创新计划和创新实践,逐步实现自身教学反思能力的提高。
As the subject of the ability of innovation, prospective kindergarten teachers should upgrade their understandings of the teaching theory and practice through reflection in their teaching practice. The contents of reflection on early childhood education should be mainly located on the needs of early childhood development. Teachers and students could work together to carry out the needed research on early childhood development. It's fundamental that preschool teacher education should cultivate the students' teaching ability of reflection.
