由西方高校图书馆无限借阅制引发的思考

Thinking of the Unlimited Lending in Western University Libraries

无限借阅制是西方高校图书馆的主流借阅模式,具有一系列周密的制度保障并支持其运作,包括文献采购制、借期细分制、违约惩罚制、馆际互借制等。我国高校图书馆应注意馆藏建设的学术性及保留恰当数量的馆藏复本,实行有条件的无限借阅,引入文献借期细分制及召回制度,改进罚款制度。

The unlimited lending system is the mainstream lending mode of western university libraries,and has a series of careful system guarantees and supports its operating including literature acquisition system,subdivided system of lending periods,breach punishment system,interlibrary loan system,and so on.University libraries in China should pay attention to the technicality of collection construction,remain the appropriate number of collection copies,carry out conditional unlimited lending,introduce subdivided system of lending periods and recall system,and improve the amercement system.
