图书馆职业资格认证制度与继续教育制度并行的考核方式探析

Analysis on Parallel Evaluation Modes of the Professional Qualification System and the Continuing Education System of Librarians

通过对图书馆从业人员继续教育制度、职业资格认证制度、专业技术职称制度的比较分析可知,继续教育制度是职业资格认证制度和专业技术职称制度的基础,专业技术职称制度是职业资格认证制度的过渡阶段。因此,图书馆应改变"论文定终身"的评审条件;拓宽图书馆专业技术职称制度的考核内容;对从业人员进行划分,采取职业资格认证制度与继续教育制度并行的考核方式。

Through the comparative analysis of the continuing education system,the professional qualification system and the professional skill evaluation system of librarians,we find out that the continuing education system is the basis of the professional qualification system and the professional skill evaluation system,and the professional skill evaluation system is the transition of the professional qualification system.Therefore,libraries should change the evaluation standard which evaluates librarians according to the quantity of papers,broaden the evaluation content of professional skill evaluation system,and take parallel evaluation modes of the professional qualification system and the continuing education system of librarians.
