中国天然气产品及分析测试技术标准体系的建设和展望 被引量:10

摘要 在广泛调研、分析的基础上,针对中国天然气产品和分析测试技术标准体系的现状及其与国际标准之间的差距,提出了中国将在未来的5~10年间以自主创新、采用国际标准(国外先进标准)和信息化为手段,完善管输天然气分析测试技术及其标准,推进天然气能量计量技术标准的应用和实施,展开天然气上游领域取样和分析测试技术标准的研究,开展煤层气、页岩气等非常规天然气和煤制天然气代用品产品和分析测试技术的标准化工作,同时将通过广泛的国际合作,实质性参与国际标准的制定与修订,进一步构建和完善中国天然气产品和分析测试技术标准体系,推进中国天然气行业的标准化工作,为中国和世界天然气工业的发展提供技术支持和标准化保障。 Based on a deep investigation and analysis,this paper reviews the present status of Chinese standard systems regarding natural gas qualities and the related analysis & testing technology as well as the gap between Chinese and global standards.On this basis,this paper presents the following proposals.(1) In the future 5-10 years,China should insist on the independent innovation,learn from the international standards,and adopt the information technology.(2) The analysis and technology of pipeline natural gas and the related standards should be completed.(3) The application and implementation of technical standards regarding natural gas energy measurement should be promoted.(4) The research of sampling and the standards of analysis and testing technology in the upstream of natural gas sector should be developed.(5) The standardization work should be done concerning the unconventional natural gas such as coalbed methane gas,shale gas,etc.and other substitute natural gas(SNG) from coal as well as the corresponding analysis and testing technology.(6) China should encourage more international cooperation projects and actively participate in the establishment and revision of international standards,thereby to establish and complete Chinese standard systems of natural gas qualities and the related analysis and testing technology.
