油气田勘探开发数据管理与应用技术体系探索

随着信息化建设在油气行业的不断深入,油气勘探开发业务数据的管理模式也在发生显著变化,如何开展油气勘探开发数据资源建设、管理和应用,保证数据共享与安全,实现数据资源价值,是油气田公司信息化建设面临的重要课题。为此,应用先进的IT技术与理念,根据数字油气田架构模型,通过对油气田公司勘探开发业务发展需求进行分析,以油气勘探开发数据"一次采集、统一管理、多业务应用"为核心思想,设计了勘探开发数据管理与应用业务框架总体架构。并分别阐述了数据建设、数据管理与数据应用目标以及技术体系构成,还从勘探、开发、综合应用、基础与组织等方面对技术体系进行了框架规划,为数据资产的有效管理和高效应用提供了解决方案。

Along with the wide usage of information technology in oil and gas sector,great changes happened took place in the data management mode for hydrocarbon exploration and development in fields.However,how to develop the work about collection,management and application of related data resources,how to guarantee data sharing and security,and how to realize the value of data resources,are all the most concerned topics for the oil and gas operators to carry out information construction.In view of this,the modern IT technology and concepts are adopted,the digitalized field framework model is based,and the demand analysis is made of the exploration and development service for oil and gas companies.On this basis,with 'once collection,unified management,and multi-service application' as the core philosophy,the overall framework of data management and applied services for E & P in fields is finally designed.In addition,the data construction,management and application goals and the related technical system are discussed respectively,and the planning framework of the technical system is fulfilled in the aspects of exploration,development,comprehensive application,infrastructure,organization,etc.,which provides solution schemes for effective management and high-efficient application of data assets.
