摘要
目的:优选芪句颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷含量和出膏率为评价指标,采用L9(34)正交设计优选芪句颗粒提取工艺。结果:最佳水提取工艺为加18倍量水提取2次,每次1 h。结论:该优选工艺合理可行。
Objective: To optimize extraction process of Qiju granule. Method: With the content of astragaloside IV and extract rate as indexes, extraction process was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal method. Result: Optimum extraction technology of Qiju granule was as follows: extracted 2 times with 18 times the amount of water, 1 h each time. Conclusion: This optimized extraction process was reasonable and feasible.
