摘要
通过显微组织观察、室温拉伸和SEM断口扫描,研究了循环次数对TC4合金组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着循环次数的增加,TC4合金的强度略有降低,伸长率和断面收缩率明显升高,条状α组织长径比逐渐减小,并部分球化;拉伸断口断裂形式由未循环时的解理断裂→解理+韧窝断裂→韧窝断裂转变。
Effect of cycling times on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 alloy was investigated by microstructure observation, room temperature tensile test and SEM fractography. The results show that with the increase of cycling times, the strength of the TC4 alloy reduces slightly and the elongation and reduction of area increase significantly, the length-diameter ratio of strip a-phase decreases gradually, and part of them are spheroidized. The fracture form of the tensile fractures evolves from cleavage fracture of non-thermal cycled to cleavage fracture + tough dimple fracture and to tough dimple fracture.
