摘要
作为确保系统安全稳定运行的第2道防线,稳定控制系统规模庞大、策略功能复杂,正确、及时把握稳定控制系统的运行状况对调度和运行管理人员至关重要。从运行管理的实际需要出发,提出了安全稳定控制系统管理主站的功能框架和设计方案,研究开发了便于运行管理的高级应用功能,提供了实现稳定控制系统"可视和可控"的技术手段和方案。所提出系统已在多个电网成功应用。
As the second defense line to guarantee safety and stable operation of a power system, security-stability control system is huge and highly complex. It is very important for the dispatcher and operation administrator to control the operation status of the system correctly and promptly. Based on the actual needs of operation management, this paper puts forward the system function and design of the management station, develops the advanced application for operation management, and proposes technological means and scheme to achieve a ＂visualized and controllable＂ system. The system developed has been successfully applied on several power grids.
