摘要
胜任力理论是人力资源管理领域一个广受关注的理论,近年来国内逐步把它运用到公务员的选拔和任用中。本文以公务员胜任特征模型为基点,分析了非领导职务公务员胜任力特征,并把它运用到公务员招录的面试环节,从应聘者的角度出发,分析如何运用胜任力模型来取得面试的成功。
