摘要
观察中药淫洋藿对其治疗的效果。方法 大鼠随机分三组 ,a组 :正常对照组 ;b组单纯肾衰组 ;c组 :淫洋藿治疗组。分别观察各组肾功能及病理变化。结果 a组、c组血尿素氮 (BUN)和肌酐 (CRE)值均正常 ;b组BUN、CRE值均高于正常 (P <0 0 5 ) ,此组病理检查 ,肾小管损伤严重 ;c组病理检查与单纯肾衰组相比病变明显好转。结论 淫洋藿煎剂对大鼠急性缺血性肾衰具有防治效果。
Objective To observing treated of acute renal failure (ARF) with Yin Yang Huo treated ARF of rats.Methods Rats were randomly divided by following 3 groups:Nomal compare (group a);Simple ARF (group b);Yin Yang Huo treated (group c);The kidney were examinated function and pathology.Results group a.c BUN、CRE is nomal.Croup b BUN、CRE total higher nomal (P<0.05).Pathology examination:Harm of uriniferous were serious.Group c patholgy examination:The pathological changes turn for the better that compare with group b.Conclusion Yin Yang Huo for the rats with acute lack blood caused ARF haved prevention result.
