电针配合穴位注射治疗面神经炎疗效观察

Observations on the Efficacy of Electroacupuncture plus Acupuncture Point Injection in Treating Facial Neuritis

目的观察电针配合穴位注射治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法将45例面神经炎患者分为治疗组20例和对照组25例。治疗组采用电针配合穴位注射治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗。治疗3个疗程后,痊愈者停止治疗,未痊愈者继续治疗,最多治疗6个疗程。比较两组患者Portmann评分和临床疗效。结果两组治疗3个疗程后Portmann评分均高于同组治疗前(均P<0.01),治疗组Portmann评分高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗3个疗程后,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针配合穴位注射是一种治疗面神经炎的有效方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture plus acupuncture point injection in treating facial neuritis. Method Forty-five patients with facial neuritis were allocated to a treatment group of 20 cases and a control group of 25 cases. The treatment group received electroacupuncture plus acupuncture point injection and the control group, eleetroacupuncture alone. After 3 courses, treatment stopped in the cured patients and continued in the uncured patients for at most another 3 courses. The Portmann scores and the therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups of patients. Result The Portmarm score increased in both groups after 3 courses of treatment than before （both P〈0.01） but it was higher in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.01）. After 3 courses of treatment, the therapeutic effect was better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus acupuncture point injection is an effective way to treat facial neuritis.
