摘要
采用化学方法对烛式过滤机滤片的清洗进行研究,通过单因素和正交试验对清洗工艺进行优化,结果表明:NaOH清洗效果较好,其最佳工艺为NaOH浓度50 g/L,清洗温度60℃,清洗时间2 h。
The chemical cleaning method on filter leaf of the candle filter was studied, single factor and orthogonal design were adopted to research the suitable formula. The result shows that the aqueous sodium hydroxide solution had the relatively satisfactory effect, the opimized formula is, concentration 50 g/L, cleaning temperature 60℃, cleaning time 2 h.
