摘要
对知识服务课题的来源和生成机制进行了研究,认为研究型大学图书馆的知识服务可以延伸到大学知识管理层和产学研各个领域,以学科馆员为主体的知识服务可以分解为日常化服务和课题化服务,课题化服务应引入课题制管理制度。探讨了知识服务项目课题制管理的运行问题,揭示了课题制管理模式对图书馆知识服务的促进作用。
The knowledge service in research universities can be extended to any fields concerning knowledge management and production, teaching and research. The knowledge service with the librarian as the main body can be classified into routine and project service which can apply project system management. The article explores the sources of project service and its generative mechanism, discusses some fundamental problems in the course of application of knowledge service for project system, and reveals the role that the management mode of project system plays in promoting knowledge service in library.
