从诺贝尔自然科学奖看现代科研合作——以2008—2010年诺贝尔自然科学奖为例

从近三年的诺贝尔自然科学奖科研成果来看,科研合作在同一个实验室的紧密型合作为主要科研合作形式之一,以性情融合为基础,兴趣一致或知识能力互补等构成了科研主体的合作动机,互相启发、互相帮助的合作氛围增强了科研主体的创新能力,是一些科学家获得诺奖成果的原因之一。为此,要提高我国的科技创新能力,需要从政策、管理上提倡科研合作,为科研合作创造良好条件,让科研合作多一些自主性,少一些"人为"性。

From the Nobel science prize in nearly three years, scientific research achievements obtained in the same laboratory are one of main scientific research cooperation forms. Scientific research cooperation consists from the motive of getting along well with each other, consistent interest and complementary integration or knowledge ability. The cooperation spirit is to help and inspire each other to strengthen innovation ability of scientists, It is why many Nobel prize winners obtain important science research results. Therefore, improving ability of innovation in science needs policy and management to promote the scientific research cooperation to create favorable conditions for the seientific research cooperation. Let the scientific research cooperation more autonomy and less ＂artificial＂ interference.
