Synthesis of Single Binding Site Molecular Imprinted Polymer and Its Molecular Recognition Capacity

摘要 采用分子自组装印迹技术在光引发条件下制备了以(S)-布洛芬为模板分子,α-甲基丙烯酸为功能单体的分子印迹聚合物。通过红外对聚合物的结构进行了表征。透射电镜结果表明,交联剂用量对印迹聚合物的形貌特征具有显著的影响。同时结合Scatchard分析研究了印迹聚合物的吸附性能及选择性识别能力,表明印迹聚合物特异性吸附容量为41μmol/g,印迹指数为2.28,对(S)-布洛芬形成单一结合位点,且表现出明显的吸附选择性。 A series of molecularly imprinted polymers (MIP) were prepared via a W-initiated at 20 ℃ temperature using (S)-ibuprofen as the template, methacrylic acid (MAA) as the functional monomer, ethyleneglycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as corss-linker. MIP was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectra (FT-IR). The effect of cross-linker dosage on the morphology of MIP and binding capacity were studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The best specific adsorption capacity is 41 /μmol/g, imprinted index is 2.28. The selectivity binding experiments indicate that compared with (S)-ibuprofen' structural analogs (Ketoprofen and (R)-ibuprofen), (S)-ibuprofen template imprinted polymer exhibits significant adsorption selectivity for (S)-ibuprofen. The separation factors are 1.29 and 2.84, respectively.
