摘要
针对常规游梁式抽油机电动机输入功率过高导致抽油机效率低、能耗过高的问题,研制了一种基于摇块机构的游梁变矩式抽油机。该抽油机传动机构在附加平衡载荷条件下,其曲柄轴净扭矩表现出了非常小的波动形态,电动机效率被提高,从而使抽油机的能耗大大降低。对该新型抽油机传动机构的运动和动力学分析结果表明,新型游梁变矩式抽油机较常规抽油机最大净扭矩大幅降低,最小净扭矩明显提高;其载荷波动系数CLF值趋近于1.0;均方根扭矩值较小,表现了较好的节能效果和很好的长冲程运动和动力性能。
The input power of electric motor of conventional beam pumping unit is so high as to cause the unit efficiency to be too low and cause the unit to consume too much energy. Considering the problem, a kind of beam variable torque pumping unit based on the rocking block mechanism was developed. Under the condition of added balance load the crankshaft net torque of the transmission mechanism of the unit is characterized by very small fluc- tuations and the efficiency of electric motor has been improved, thus greatly reducing the energy consumption of the unit. The analysis of the movement and dynamics of the neotype unit transmission mechanism shows that the unit's maximum net torque has been reduced remarkably, compared with that of conventional pumping unit and the mini- mum net torque has been improved remarkably. The CLF value of the new unit is close to 1.0 and the root mean square torque value is relatively small, which indicates that the unit has better energy-saving effect and better long stroke movement and dynamic performance.
