摘要
水平井裸眼分段压裂是水平井分段压裂改造的重要工艺之一,性能可靠的井下配套工具是实施该项工艺的关键。为此,对分段压裂工具中的悬挂封隔器、裸眼封隔器、压差滑套和投球滑套功能特点进行了分析,提出了设计时应注意的要点,以供设计者参考。另外需要注意的是,工具结构设计完成后,还要在实验室内进行严格的测试试验,检验制作的工具是否达到设计要求。只有设计者和制作者的共同努力,才能设计制作出高性能的分段压裂工具,满足现场应用需求。
Multistage fracturing in open hole of horizontal well is one of the important technologies in horizontal-well open hole multistage fracture transformation. The downhole matching tool with reliable performance is the key to carrying out the technology. Therefore, the analysis was conducted of the functions and features of suspending pack- er, open hole packer, differential sliding sleeve and hall injection sliding sleeve. The major points in design that should be taken in account were proposed for the designer's reference. Moreover, what should be considered is that after completion of tool structure design, the strict testing must be carried out in the laboratory to check whether the tool produced reaches the design requirement. Only with the joint efforts of the designer and manufacturer can the multistage fracture tool with high performance be designed and produced to meet the needs of field application.
