A New Type of Fully Automatic Anti-collision De-noising Device for Tubing Repair

为解决油管在修复过程中滚动碰撞产生的噪声问题,研制了一种新型全自动油管防碰降噪装置。该装置能彻底解决油管在桥架上的滚动碰撞问题,避免产生强烈噪声,同时保证油管桥架的存储功能,改善工作环境,确保操作人员的人身安全。现场应用情况表明,该装置降噪效果好,结构简单,自动化程度高,反应灵敏,安全可靠,同时对原流水线设备运行工序无干扰,制造成本低;油管在桥架上滚动碰撞时产生的噪声由原来的120 dB降低至75 dB,收到了较好的应用效果。

Noise will be produced by tubing rolling and colliding in repair. To solve the problem a new type of fully automatic anti-collision de-noising device was developed. The device can completely solve the problem of tub- ing rolling and colliding in bridge support so as to avoid the production of strong noise. Meanwhile, the storage function of tubing bridge support is guaranteed, the working environment is improved and the security of the opera- tors is ensured. The field application shows that the device is efficient in noise reduction, simple in structure, high in automation and sensitive in reaction. It is safe and reliable. It does not disturb the operating sequence of the o- riginal pipeline equipment, with low manufacturing costs. The noise produced by tubing rolling and colliding in bridge support is reduced from the original 120 dB to 75 dB. The desirable application effect has been reached.
