摘要 随着"十二五"规划中"加快建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会"任务的提出,电驱动作业机在油田的推广势在必行。为此,研制了XJ40型橇装式电动修井机,并针对XJ40型电动修井机工作特点,提出了一种基于PLC的电动修井机电气控制系统。在设计电动修井机电气主电路的基础上,分析了电气系统的控制要求及组成,给出了系统硬件和软件设计方案。现场试验结果表明,该系统性能可靠,自动化程度高,完全满足油田现场作业要求。电动机在修井作业过程中工作效率高,无废气排放,噪声低,符合国家节能减排的要求。 Model XJ140 skid-mounted electric workover rig was developed and a type of PLC - based electric control system was formulated according to the characteristics of the rig. On the basis of designing the main electric circuit of the rig the control requirement and composition of the system were analyzed and the design scheme of the system hardware and software was given. The field experimental findings show that the system is reliable in perform- ance and high in automation, thus completely meeting the needs of oilfield field operation. In the process of workover operation the motor is high in operating efficiency, low in noise and produces no waste gas, which is in agreement with China's requirement of energy saving and emission reduction.
