弹射座椅联锁装置锁臂的有限元分析及结构设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对弹射座椅联锁装置中关键零件因失效而导致弹射救生失败的问题,在联锁装置主要机构运动分析的基础上,将有限元法引入到锁臂结构的模型分析中,对其进行变形仿真分析,得到锁臂模型在加载后的合位移云图和等效应力云图,明确了变形量过大可能是锁臂失效的原因之一。为此,提出了锁臂结构设计的新方案,通过仿真分析并与之前锁臂的分析进行比较,发现锁臂端部的应变明显变小,验证了新方案的可靠性,为联锁装置的深入研究进行了必要的探索,对提高弹射座椅的安全性能具有积极的意义。 As for the problem of ejection escape failure due to ineffectiveness of key parts in interlock device of ejection seat, on the basis of the motion analysis of the major mechanisms in the in- terlock device, the finite element method was introduced to the model analysis of locking arm structure, and its deformation simula- tion analysis was carried out. The resultant displacement and equiv- alent stress cloud images of the locking arm model after loading were obtained, and defined the excessive deformation may be one of reasons for locking arm failure. Thus, the paper proposed a new de- sign of locking arm. Through the comparison with the previous sim- ulation and analysis, it was found that the strain at the locking arm ends become smaller, and demonstrated the reliability of the new design, which was a necessary exploration for the further research of interlock device, and have an active meaning for improving the se- curity of the ejection seat.
