摘要
折弯模具刀口夹角、对称度及其中心到安装面中心距离的精密检测是确保折弯模具互换性的关键。根据数控折弯模具关键尺寸的特点,采用一个3自由度串联机械臂对其进行检测。该机械臂包括1个水平方向的移动自由度、1个垂直方向的移动自由度和置于机械臂末端测头的转动自由度。所设计的3自由度折弯模具关键尺寸精密检测机械臂具有高精度性、良好的稳定性和快速响应性。
The precision detection of bending mold cutting an- gle, symmetry and distance center to install surface center is key factor to guarantee interchangeability of bending mold. According to the features of the key dimensions in the numerical control bending mold, a 3-DOF series manipulator is used to carry out detection. The manipulator includes a movement freedom in the horizontal di- rection, a movement freedom in the vertical direction and a rotation freedom of probe located at the end of the manipulator. The de- signed detection device for key dimension of numerical control ben- ding mold is with high precision, good stability and rapid response.
