A Political Economic Interpretation of the Formation of the Technical Trade Barrier — From the Perspective of Interactions among the Inter-and Intra-National Interest

从贸易保护的政治经济学的角度阐释了技术性贸易壁垒的形成动因。对在完全静态信息条件下和不完全信息条件下的技术性贸易壁垒设置的国家间博弈进行了分析;通过最小质量标准(MQS)模型的扩展,分析了国内利益集团对政府技术性贸易壁垒政策选择的影响。

The present thesis interprets the dynamics of the formation of the technical trade barrier from the political economic perspective on trade protection. It conducts analysis on the international interactions in the setting of technical trade barriers under the conditions of absolutely static and partial information. Through the extension of the MQS model, it also analyses the impact of the intra-national interest groups on the policy choices of the technical trade barriers by the national government.
