经济发达地区乡镇经济转型升级之旅游业发展思路探讨——以昆山市张浦镇旅游业发展为例

Discussions about Economically Developed Areas of Rural Economic Transformation and Upgrading of Tourism Development: With the Development of Tourism of Zhangpu Town in Kunshan City as an Example

从发达地区乡镇的概念分析入手,指出经济发达地区乡镇经济转型升级的紧迫性和必要性,以旅游业的内涵特性以及在我国近三十年的发展的成功历程表明,旅游业是经济发达地区乡镇经济转型升级的一条路径选择。接着以昆山市张浦镇旅游业的发展为例,从其旅游业发展的现状、瓶颈及其政策建议等内容展开论述,最后指出,经济发达地区的乡镇在经济转型升级及发展旅游业的过程中必须有效推进"三位一体"、"内外兼修"及"三管齐下"战略,大力发展特色化和品牌化的乡镇旅游。

From the developed areas and analyzing the concepts, the paper points out the economic developed area villages and towns economic transformation and upgrading of the urgency and necessity. The concept of tourism characteristics in China and development course of nearly thirty years shows that, tourism is the economic developed area villages and towns economic transformation and upgrading of a path selection. And then to the town of Kunshan City tourism development as an example, bottleneck and its policy proposals are discussed, from its tourism development status, finally, it developes areas of the township in the economic transition and in the process of development of tourism must be effective to promote the ＂three-in-one＂, ＂internal security＂ and ＂three tube Qi＂ strategy, vigorously develop the characteristic and brand of tourism of villages and towns.
