豆天蛾氨基酸及脂肪酸分析与评价

Amino acids and fatty acids analysis and evaluation of Clanis bilineata tsingtauica Mell

对豆天蛾幼虫氨基酸及脂肪酸组成进行了分析测定,结果表明:豆天蛾幼虫含有18种AA和8种EAA,EAA/TAA为53.34%,属于优质完全蛋白质昆虫。豆天蛾幼虫不饱和脂肪酸含量61.74%,其中亚麻酸和油酸的含量较高,亚麻酸含量高达34.11%;饱和脂肪酸含量36.43%,其中棕榈酸的含量较高。

Amino acids and fatty acids of Clanis bilineata tsingtauica Mell larvae were analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that Clanis bilineata tsingtauica Mell contained 18 amino acids and 8 essential amino acids.The ratio of essential amino acids and total amino acids were 53.34%,So Clanis bilineata tsingtauica Mell was a high-quality complete protein insect.Unsaturated fatty acids of Clanis bilineata tsingtauica Mell larvae were 61.74%,the contents of linolenic acid and oleic acid were all higher than other unsaturated fatty acids,linolenic acid content was up to 34.11%.Saturated fatty acids were 36.43%,hexadecanoic acid content was higher than other saturated fatty acids.
