摘要
为筛选得到高品质玉米须原料及选择其最佳采收期,实验选取在四川地区已广泛推广的10个玉米品种进行种植,分4个不同生长时期和阶段采收玉米须作为检测样本,并对各个品种不同生长期的总黄酮含量进行了检测。通过对同一品种玉米须各生长期的总黄酮含量比较,结果表明,大部分品种在未授粉时的总黄酮含量最高,且含量有逐步降低的趋势,而在成熟期时的总黄酮含量明显低于其他时期,且与其他生长时期都存在显著性差异。通过对同一生长期各品种玉米须的总黄酮含量比较,发现各个品种在每个生长时期都存在不同程度的差异性,但随着玉米须的不断生长,无显著性差异的品种越来越多,可以认为各品种之间总黄酮含量的差异越来越小。
For the purpose of selecting corn silk materials with high quality and optimum harvest time,10 widely grown varieties of corn in Sichuan province had been selected in this experiment.Corn silks samples were collected in four different stages and growth periods.Total flavonoids of various varieties in different growth stages were detected.Comparing total flavonoids of identical varieties of corn silks in different growth stages,it showed that most varieties in unpollination periods had highest total flavonoids content,and had lowest ones at maturity.A gradual decreasing trend of total flavonoids contents was shown.Total flavonoids contents at maturities were obvious lower than other stages,and it had significant differences with others.Comparing total flavonoids of different varieties of corn silks in identical growth stages,it found that varying degrees of differences were existed between the stages of identical varieties.With growing of corn silks,no significant difference in more and more varieties.It can be considered that the difference of the total flavonoids contents between varieties getting smaller and smaller.
