摘要
青岛海域缘管浒苔提取的粗多糖中色素含量比较高,用活性炭、双氧水、ADS-7树脂进行脱色。通过单因素试验法确定了脱色的最佳方法,证明活性炭脱色效果最好。设计活性炭脱色正交试验,确定了活性炭的质量分数为6%,温度为35℃,脱色时间为40min时为最佳脱色工艺。
Activated carbon,hydrogen peroxide and ADS-7macroporous anion exchange resin were respectively used in decolorization of the crude polysaccharides from Enteromorpha linza.The decolorization effect of activated carbon was found to be the best one through single factor experiment.Then the orthogonal experiments were used to find the optimal conditions in activated carbon method,which were as mass fraction of activated carbon 6%,temperature 35 ℃,decolorization time 40 min.
