摘要
利用超声波辅助技术对薯蔓进行处理,采取正交设计对薯蔓多糖的分离提取进行研究。利用Sevage法对粗多糖进行初步纯化,苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量。结果表明,多糖提取最优工艺为:料液比为1:20(g/mL),超声波处理时间20min,温度为70℃。在此工艺条件下得到薯蔓多糖的提取率为1.394%。从农业废弃物中提取多糖,为薯蔓的加工与再利用提供了技术依据。
Ultrasonic-aided technology was applied in treatment of sweet potato vines.The orthogonal test design was used in extraction optimization of polysaccharide of sweet potato vine.The polysaccharide was purified preliminarily by the Sevage method and its content was determined by phenol-sulfuricacid method.It was showed that the optimized conditions for polysaccharide of sweet potato vine were proportion of material to solution with 1:20,ultrasonic treatment for 20 min under the temperature 70 ℃.The polysaccharide was extracted from agricultural wastes in this research.It provided with technical basis for processing and utilization of sweet potato vines.
