摘要
研究枇杷叶中科罗索酸超声提取最佳工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,选定甲醇体积分数、料液比和时间作为影响因素,以科罗索酸提取率为评价指标。通过3因素3水平Box-Behnken中心组合试验,建立科罗索酸提取率的二次多项式回归方程,经响应面回归分析得到优化组合条件。结果表明,超声波法提取枇杷叶中科罗索酸的最佳工艺条件为:甲醇体积分数87.8%,料液比1:26(g/mL),超声时间34min。枇杷叶中科罗索酸的一次实际提取率可达0.525%,与理论预测值吻合较好,说明该优化方法可行。
To study the ultrasound-assisted extraction technique conditions of corosolic acid from leaves of Eriobotrya japonica Lindl.On the basis of single-factor experiments,the relationship between the yield of corosolic acid and main extraction conditions including methanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio and extraction time was modeled using a three-factor,three-level Box-Behnken central composite design and further,the established model was analyzed by response surface methodology to obtain the optimum extraction conditions.The result shows that the optimum ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions were obtained as follows:methanol concentration 87.8%,solid-liquid ratio 1:26(g/mL) and extraction time 34 min.Under optimum condition the extraction rate of corosolic acid from leaves of Eriobotrya japonica Lindl can be up to 0.525% at once extraction,which were consistent with the predicted values.These results demonstrate the validity of this extraction process.
