胡黄连苷Ⅱ解离常数的测定

Determination of the dissociation constant of picroside Ⅱ

目的测定胡黄连苷Ⅱ的解离常数。方法利用紫外分光光度法及A-pH曲线法测定胡黄连苷Ⅱ的解离常数。结果紫外分光光度法测得胡黄连苷Ⅱ的解离常数为7.93±0.21,A-pH曲线法作图求得胡黄连苷Ⅱ的解离常数为7.77,两法结果一致。结论确定了胡黄连苷Ⅱ的解离常数,为其应用研究提供了又一理化参数。

Objective To determine the dissociation constant of picroside Ⅱ.Method The dissociation constant of picroside Ⅱ was detected by ultraviolet（UV） spectrophotometry and calculated by A-pH curves.Results The dissociation constant of picroside Ⅱwas 7.93±0.21 determined by UV and 7.77 by A-pH curves.Conclusion The dissociation constant of picroside Ⅱwas determined and the result will provide reference for further research of picroside Ⅱ.
